Sustainably sourced matierials
Our Deliwraps bleached kraft paper is purchased from sustainable sources, carries accreditation to the Foresty Stewardship Council standard and is made from virgin pulp. This ensures it’s purity for the application whereas paper made from recycled fibres is not suitable or approved for contact with food stuffs. Our wax coating machine uses fully refined paraffin wax. The combination of the specification of paper, ink and wax ensures that our Deliwraps conform to the EC 1935/2004 Materials and Articles intended to come into Contact with Food Directive.
Quality checked
If your end product is a roll then a slitting process follows to wind the printed and waxed roll to your required width and length. The finished roll is quality checked, batch labelled, wrapped and packed for dispatch. If your end product is a sheet, the printed and waxed roll is loaded onto our high speed sheeting machine and cut to size from which your finished sheets will be guillotined to the final size. The finished sheets are quality checked, batch labelled, wrapped and packed for dispatch. Our final packing specification ensures your product arrives safely and without exposure to in-transit contamination.
