When gifts are received, the person receiving the gift should get an untradeable present box (like the one out of the Runescape quiz) in the RS gold base of their bank that they can open in their own leisure. The contents of the present box will be unknown until the box remains open. In case the recipient's bank is complete, the receiver can talk to any banker to obtain the gift box rather.
I think this could be great means to engage in certain arbitrary philanthropy with no rewarding the greedy behaviour of party crashers or allowing RWT. What do you believe? Finally, if you don't think that it's going to work, please specify the reason why. The past couple of posts were a bit curable at the why department, therefore Sleepy's left in the dark. Thanks Razorlike for pointing outside that the bank oversight, and to Wiltingplant for indicating that cheap OSRS gold people sending gifts ought to have the ability to see who receives the presents.
